Solon Ops · MVP 0.1

Source-grounded public affairs command.

Solon Ops is the AI operating system for the people who shape policy. The first product, Solon Advocate, is a dark, premium war room for lobby shops and in-house government affairs teams — built on five non-negotiables: source-grounded outputs, doctrine-aware composition, risk scoring, human approval gates, and an immutable audit trail.

The Solon Ops product family

One core. Five operating systems.

Every product shares the same source-grounded core: doctrine, sources, hierarchy, retrieval, agents, risk, conflict, and approval. Only the surface and the workflows differ.

We are onboarding a small number of design partners — lobby shops and in-house public affairs teams — to operate Solon Advocate against live policy work. Pilots run for six weeks, include a fixed-cost engagement, and ship with a dedicated pilot success engineer.

  • · Workspace provisioned in 24 hours.
  • · Source-grounded artifacts from day one.
  • · Audit log + approval snapshots from day one.
  • · Zero outbound messaging. Ever.
Pilot includes
  • Dedicated workspace with your client/matter taxonomy.
  • Source library ingestion (.txt / .md) — PDF on the roadmap.
  • Doctrine onboarding session for two client principals.
  • Risk + conflict thresholds tuned to your shop's norms.
  • Six-week white-glove engagement with a pilot success engineer.
  • Weekly office hours and a private Slack channel.
Non-negotiables

What this is, and what it is not.

01

Source-grounded outputs only.

Every factual claim cites a source. Uncited claims are tagged UNSUPPORTED. Source hierarchy is enforced at the artifact, retrieval, and risk layers.

02

Humans approve. AI prepares.

No artifact reaches a public surface without a named human approver. Approvals capture a snapshot of risk and source quality at the moment of approval.

03

No autonomous outbound.

There is no code path that sends email, text, social, or any external communication. Integration placeholders for email and messaging are explicitly inert.

04

No deception.

No deepfake creation. No impersonation of real people. No microtargeting infrastructure that bypasses platform rules.

05

Doctrine is a first-class object.

Worldview, red lines, taboo claims, public-vs-private positions, audience frames, and messaging constraints are typed entities — not vibes in a prompt.

06

Auditable by design.

Append-only audit log. Approval snapshots. Risk explanations per axis. Conflict checks recorded as evidence. Built for SOC 2 from day one.
