Solon Ops is the AI operating system for the people who shape policy. The first product, Solon Advocate, is a dark, premium war room for lobby shops and in-house government affairs teams — built on five non-negotiables: source-grounded outputs, doctrine-aware composition, risk scoring, human approval gates, and an immutable audit trail.
Every product shares the same source-grounded core: doctrine, sources, hierarchy, retrieval, agents, risk, conflict, and approval. Only the surface and the workflows differ.
Lobby shops, public-affairs firms, trade associations, in-house government affairs leads.
Chiefs of staff, legislative directors, and communications directors in legislative offices (House, Senate, state).
Campaign managers, communications directors, and finance directors on candidate campaigns.
Independent expenditure committees, PACs, advocacy committees with strict separation requirements.
Chiefs of staff, policy directors, and cabinet leads in governor / executive offices.
We are onboarding a small number of design partners — lobby shops and in-house public affairs teams — to operate Solon Advocate against live policy work. Pilots run for six weeks, include a fixed-cost engagement, and ship with a dedicated pilot success engineer.
Every factual claim cites a source. Uncited claims are tagged UNSUPPORTED. Source hierarchy is enforced at the artifact, retrieval, and risk layers.
No artifact reaches a public surface without a named human approver. Approvals capture a snapshot of risk and source quality at the moment of approval.
There is no code path that sends email, text, social, or any external communication. Integration placeholders for email and messaging are explicitly inert.
No deepfake creation. No impersonation of real people. No microtargeting infrastructure that bypasses platform rules.
Worldview, red lines, taboo claims, public-vs-private positions, audience frames, and messaging constraints are typed entities — not vibes in a prompt.
Append-only audit log. Approval snapshots. Risk explanations per axis. Conflict checks recorded as evidence. Built for SOC 2 from day one.
